Ingredients:
Large Handful of kalamata olives
3 anchovies, well rinsed if packed in salt, roughly chopped
1 fat clove of garlic, crushed
2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
Juice of ½ lemon
Virgin Olive Oil
Method:
Blitz the top 5 ingredients.
Slowly pour in olive oil until you have the desired taste.
Serve!
